In this role, you will step into a high-impact position where you will shape and scale the entire recruitment function during a period of strong organizational growth. You will be responsible for both hands-on hiring and strategic talent initiatives, with a strong emphasis on Product and Engineering recruitment. Acting as a key partner to leadership and hiring managers, you will influence how talent is sourced, assessed, and hired across multiple teams. This is a highly collaborative and fast-moving environment where agility, precision, and strong judgment are essential. You will also play a critical role in improving hiring processes, strengthening interview quality, and building scalable recruitment practices. Your work will directly impact the company’s ability to attract and retain top-tier talent in a competitive market.
