Summary Delta Star is seeking a dedicated professional with strong customer service expertise to support our team and customers with efficiency, professionalism, and care. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll provide high-level customer support, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses to both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll use your organizational skills to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. Leveraging proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, you’ll prepare communications, reports, and documentation that reflect the company’s commitment to excellence. Collaboration and teamwork will be central to your success as you contribute to Delta Star’s mission of powering a more reliable and sustainable energy future. A Day in the Life Your day may begin with responding to customer inquiries and coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues quickly and effectively. You’ll prepare reports and communications using Microsoft Office tools, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Throughout the day, you’ll work closely with colleagues across teams, assisting with projects, prioritizing tasks, and keeping work organized. Every interaction, whether with customers, teammates, or leadership, will call on your communication skills, initiative, and customer-first mindset. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will bring several years of customer service experience, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence. You should be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a positive experience for both customers and colleagues. Position Requirements 4+ years of customer service experience in a related position required Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred A special combination of experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments may be considered in lieu of degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Skills & Competencies Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and apply sound judgment Effective written and verbal communication skills Team-oriented with a collaborative work style High level of initiative and engagement Why Join Us?
