We are looking for a Product Manager with deep Salesforce expertise to join our Go-to-Market systems team with the primary objective of managing product backlog, prioritization, design, governance and execution. This role is accountable for shaping and delivering Salesforce-driven capabilities that power customer, opportunity, and revenue workflows globally.

In this role, you will partner with our Operations, Business Stakeholders, Transformation Team, and Commercial Engineering teams to lead the global product strategy and roadmap.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Product Manager, you will:

  • Act as a Salesforce domain leader, defining scalable solutions across Sales Cloud and integrated GTM platforms (CPQ, billing, data platforms, etc.)

  • Lead end-to-end product ownership, from problem definition and solution design through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement

  • Define and govern enterprise processes within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and consistent execution across segments

  • Drive prioritization decisions across competing demand, balancing business impact, technical feasibility, and platform constraints

  • Partner with Commercial Engineering to define solution architecture across Salesforce and downstream systems

  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Data teams to deliver complex, multi-system initiatives

  • Identify opportunities to modernize the GTM ecosystem through automation, AI, and Salesforce platform enhancements

  • Establish and track OKRs aligned to Salesforce adoption, process efficiency, data quality, and revenue impact

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for product-related risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, ensuring timely and informed decision-making

  • Provide clear, executive-level visibility into roadmap progress, risks, and outcomes

  • Champion a customer-first mindset by incorporating feedback from Sales, CS, and Operations to continuously improve product experience

  • Drive consistency and alignment of Salesforce capabilities across all segments and regions

  • The role requires the candidate to work in 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST and also to be flexible.

  • Work from office for 3 days in a week (Mandatory)

About You

You're a fit for the role of Product Manager if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical subject (computer science or engineering discipline) is preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Solution Architecture, with significant experience leading Salesforce-based products at scale

  • Deep expertise in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud required) with experience across CPQ, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, or custom implementations

  • Proven ability to define and deliver enterprise CRM strategies with Salesforce as the system of record

  • Strong experience with Salesforce data models, integrations, and enterprise system dependencies (e.g., SAP, quoting tools, data platforms)

  • Demonstrated success driving large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across business and technology organizations

  • Experience balancing strategic roadmap ownership with hands-on execution and delivery accountability

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue workflows (lead → opportunity → quote → order → billing → customer lifecycle)

  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements, design decisions, and prioritized backlogs

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and managing escalations

  • Experience operating in Agile environments and delivering within large, matrixed organizations

  • Strong focus on data quality, governance, and process standardization within Salesforce ecosystems
