Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning & analysis for our Advertising business. The role will partner closely with business leaders to drive strategic decision making through financial analysis, forecasting, and performance management. This position requires good analytical capabilities, business acumen, and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
Own end-to-end financial planning process including annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning
Partner with business teams to develop revenue/profitability forecasts and track performance against goals
Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews and prepare executive-level presentations on financial results and KPIs
Analyze business performance, identify trends/opportunities and make data-driven recommendations
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business cases, ROI analysis and strategic initiatives
Drive operational improvements in planning processes and financial systems
Mentor and develop junior finance team members

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning & analysis for our Advertising business. The role will partner closely with business leaders to drive strategic decision making
- Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in MBA highly desired
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives, demonstrating a strong familiarity with decision-making processes in enterprise customers
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication management
- 5+ years of relevant experience in digital Advertising, analytics, strategy or related fields
- Experience in online or digital advertising
- Experience evaluating complex processes and financial scenarios
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Knowledge of Python or R or other scripting language
- Knowledge of digital marketplace and understanding of the video competitive landscape
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau
