This role is focused on building and evolving intelligent automation solutions within a digital transformation environment, with a strong emphasis on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and backend engineering using Python. You will work on developing robust production-ready bots capable of operating in complex and unstable legacy systems, ensuring reliability, resilience, and performance. The position requires a strong engineering mindset, with attention to defensive programming, error handling, and system stability at scale. You will be part of a collaborative, agile team that values technical excellence, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing. A key aspect of the role is reducing UI dependency by leveraging APIs and backend integrations whenever possible.
