Vendor Manager I- Internal Only

The Scaled Operations team is dedicated to solving the operational challenges of growth and scale. We act as a centralized point of contact for other teams within Indeed. The team consists of vendor managers and business analysts who will partner in the execution of scaled operations workflows, and is the go-to group with regards to how to execute operational challenges such as content moderation, data labeling, customer outreach, and other workflows. As a Vendor Manager you will be expected to personally engage with your assigned vendor(s) to review daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance, drive improvement plans, and act as the primary point of contact on all operational matters.
