This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Business Development Manager – PMO based in the United States.

This is a senior, growth-driven leadership role focused on expanding Project Management Office (PMO) service offerings into new markets, industries, and client organizations. The position combines strategic business development, consultative selling, and portfolio expansion within complex, enterprise-level environments. You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, shaping go-to-market strategies, and positioning PMO capabilities across infrastructure, utilities, and technology sectors. Acting as a key external-facing leader, you will build and maintain executive relationships while influencing client decisions and long-term partnerships. The role requires frequent travel across the United States and close collaboration with internal PMO leadership to align service delivery with client needs. You will also play a central role in proposal development, market analysis, and competitive positioning to drive sustainable revenue growth.
