Mobile App Lead

Experience: 8+ years of mobile software development experience with at least 1–2 years hands-on technical leadership.
Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) development, as well as cross-platform frameworks
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, Jira, mobile analytics, and CI/CD tools

Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Strategy: Design scalable, secure mobile app architectures and select appropriate technology stacks (e.g., Swift, Kotlin)
Team Leadership: Mentor Android and iOS developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a high-performance engineering culture.
Development & Delivery: Manage CI/CD pipelines, app store publishing (Apple App Store & Google Play), and ensure app performance, security, and crash tracking.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend teams, and product managers in Germany to align technical execution with business goals.
