This role provides enterprise-level leadership over customer master data, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and governance of critical information that underpins order creation, billing integrity, digital access, and reporting across the organization. You will define and drive the customer master data strategy while shaping the operating model, governance framework, and data quality standards that support large-scale business and platform transformation. Acting as a key cross-functional leader, you will partner with Operations, Finance, Sales, IT, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure trusted and actionable customer data across systems. This position plays a critical role in reducing operational risk, improving data-driven decision-making, and enabling seamless customer experiences across digital and commercial ecosystems. You will also lead and develop a team responsible for data stewardship and governance execution.
