Benefits Administration Services Associate IV
Job Description
Key Responsibility:
· Review client plan documents and convert requirements into clear communication specs (BRDs).
· Create and update participant communications for US benefits plans.
· Develop content for print, email, and web communications (automated and personalized).
· Ensure communications follow style and quality standards.
· Work closely with programmers, testers, and SMEs to review outputs and fix issues.
· Support production activities and assist with updates and defect resolution.
· Partner with client teams and internal stakeholders as needed.
Required Skills
· Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
· Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
· Comfortable working with technical teams and client-facing teams.
Preferred / Nice to Have
· Experience with TFS or similar tools.
