This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP Business Development based in the United States.

This senior leadership role is responsible for driving strategic enterprise growth by acquiring new logos and expanding market presence across high-value client segments. The VP Business Development will lead complex, consultative sales cycles, positioning end-to-end customer experience solutions across digital operations, automation, and global delivery models. This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, building executive-level relationships and shaping tailored value propositions for enterprise clients. You will play a key role in identifying market opportunities, influencing buying decisions, and closing large-scale deals in highly competitive environments. The position requires strong commercial acumen, deep industry understanding, and the ability to translate client challenges into scalable solutions.
