You will act as a trusted advisor to senior HR and business leaders, primarily supporting a global Engineering organization with complex and evolving needs. The position combines deep analytical rigor with strategic storytelling, translating market data into clear, actionable compensation decisions. You will contribute to annual compensation cycles, equity and incentive programs, and ongoing pay governance initiatives. Working within a high-performing Total Rewards function, you will help ensure compensation practices remain competitive, fair, and aligned with business objectives.
