Product Design Lead

You will lead a small, high-calibre design team responsible for shaping the core merchant experience within a sophisticated payments platform used by global businesses. The product surface is deeply technical and highly consequential, requiring clarity in environments where flows are conditional, stateful, and operationally critical. You will operate as a hands-on design leader, balancing strategic ownership with deep individual contribution. Working closely with Product and Engineering, you will help define what gets built, why it matters, and how it behaves in real-world use. The environment is remote-first, globally distributed, and highly autonomous, with a strong emphasis on craft, ownership, and thoughtful collaboration.
