HybridWhat you will do
This position reports to Senior Customer Development Manager and is based in located in Cebu, Philippines.
Primarily responsible for developing the Kenvue business in an assigned sales territory through and in collaboration with an appointed distributor in the area; also accountable for managing the VisMin business of Mercury Drug Corporation, one of the company’s top key accounts. Ensures an efficient and effective Territory Coverage Model implementation resulting in the consistent achievement of revenue (sell-in / sell-out), Census, UBA, Lines, and marketing objectives, while aligning with company policies and procedures, authority approval limits, and all rules and regulations pertaining to Regional Accounts Management.
What You Will Do
1. Business Strategy Planning & Development, JBP with RPI as well as the Vice President of Mercury Drug in Vismin.
- Figures out territory potential and coverage model
- Develops and instills business processes to increase productivity and efficiency
- Leads in the development of demand generation activities
2. Business Strategy Execution:
- Ensures delivery of outstanding execution of channel, customer, category and brand strategies and action plans
- Conceptualizes mechanics and timelines for execution of activities or initiatives
- Benchmarks with other companies on execution standards and best practices
- Transfers knowledge of standard processes and execution techniques to distributor teams
- Ensures that execution within the territory is aligned with agreed Head Office Plans and Brand Directions (Merchandising and Promo execution)
- Monitors progress of activities or initiatives
3. Customer / Relationship Management:
- Maintains positive working relationship with both Distributors and Select Key Customers (RPI and Mercury Drug)
- Conducts regular trade visits and business reviews
- Establishes strategic alliances and forms relationships with the Distributors that are receptive to sharing long term strategic plans with Kenvue
4. Brand / Channel Marketing & Management:
- Provides regular feedback on market conditions and competitors’ activities to management and offers recommendation, if applicable
5. Monitoring:
- Ensures achievement of sales and distribution targets through periodic business reviews (with Distributor and Key Accounts), cycle meeting process with distributors, and daily distributor engagements
- Ensures achievement of collection, inventory goal, and DSO targets
6. Resource / Budget Management:
- Ensures budgets (TP, BDF and Merchandising) are appropriately allocated, disbursed, and monitored according to set policies
- Seeks, prioritizes, and judiciously allocates resources that are limited and will provide the greatest impact to the company’s business results.
- Analyzes and generates insights from financial reports and recommends strategies or action plans affecting total distributor profitability.
- Maintains company vehicle in good running condition and follows fleet safety program guidelines at all times.
- Deals with company properties such as laptops and cellphones and stays in sync with the program guidelines accordingly.
- Manages Distributor P&L
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of a college or university course in the field of Marketing, Business Management, or an equivalent course
- Should have at least 3 years sales management experience in FMCG

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with RPI, MDC, and distributors within the FMCG industry.
- Others:
- Travel is frequent as the role requires to be on field minimum 3 days a week.
- Should have a driver’s license.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
