Position Overview:
The BG Product Engineer is the main engineering interface to secure BG Product Requirements for NPI and/or Industrial projects at both internal and external manufacturing sites
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics
Accountable for all product validation, characterization and qualification data, both in completeness and in correctness. Conclude the product meets the requirements.
Responsible for the technical content and quality of the product release.
Accountable for the product validation report, containing a clear conclusion and supporting background info.
Responsible for the product characterization and validation plan.
Responsible for proper archiving of char/test data and documentation.
Accountable to execute tasks according planning, find solutions to keep the planning on track.
Member of NPI, FE transfers, BE transfers and other Industrial projects
Provide technical solutions to product related issues.
Guides products qualification.
Reviews of Device Specifications.
Participates in Risk assessment (FMEA).
Participates in problem solving teams (8D).
Initiates peer and gate reviews for the PE part.
Reports status to the project leader and the resource manager.
Initiates and drives improvements on validation/characterization efficiency and product quality.
Guide and steer your peers in site TPE teams.
Soft Skills:

Have customer orientation and quality mindset
Possesses Analytical Skills and ability to apply pragmatic approaches
Communication skills in English
Hard Skills:
Good in Statistics
