• Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients.
• Develop and implement individual care plans.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications and monitor patient reactions.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

• Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pediatric nursing.
• Proficiency in pediatric care techniques and procedures.

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN).
• Current RN license in good standing.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
