Registered Nurse - Patient Care Specialist

Description

• Assess and record patient health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate with healthcare team members to plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Proficient in patient assessment and documentation.
• Experience in administering oral and intravenous medications.

• Experience in a specialized area such as oncology or geriatrics.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
