Senior Architect

Experience Required: 15+ years in leading architectural design firms.
Qualification: B.Arch / M.Arch

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in leading architectural design firm.
• Strong expertise in conceptualization, master planning, and schematic design development for large and complex projects.
• Proven ability to independently lead projects from concept stage through schematic and detailed design stages.
• Strong design sensibility with innovative and practical problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing client interactions, presentations, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Lumion/Enscape, and Rhino/Grasshopper.
• Exposure to large-scale projects such as mixed-use developments, institutional, commercial, hospitality, urban design, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptual design process and develop design strategies for large-scale projects.
• Prepare and oversee schematic design packages.
• Present design concepts to clients and key stakeholders.
• Guide internal design teams and ensure overall design quality.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants.
• Ensure project designs align with client requirements, design intent, and statutory norms.
