About the Role: This role involves supporting the delivery of high-quality provision for students with special educational needs within the Lower School. Working closely with the LS Support Lead and wider teaching team, you will help ensure that students receive tailored support both in and out of the classroom. You will contribute to planning and monitoring individual education plans (IEPs), supporting student progress, and helping create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. The role focuses on practical, student-facing support rather than clinical or psychological services, with the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals. Who We Are Looking For: You will have experience working with children with SEN, ideally within a primary setting, and bring a strong understanding of diverse learning needs such as ADHD, dyslexia, or autism. A proactive and flexible approach is essential, alongside the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will be empathetic, patient, and committed to helping every child succeed. Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in child development are key, as is a willingness to adapt, learn, and contribute positively to the school community.
