The consultant will work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, developing instructor-led training, eLearning modules, and system simulations that directly support organizational transformation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate business processes into engaging, structured learning journeys. The position requires both strategic instructional design thinking and hands-on development using modern rapid authoring tools. It offers strong autonomy within a highly collaborative global team, where expertise is shared and innovation is encouraged.
