Job Description
ファイナンスチームの一員として、経理・財務業務をサポートしていただきます。
- 仕分け、帳簿の管理
- 請求書処理・データ入力
- 売掛金・買掛金の管理
- 支払い処理・入金確認
- 月次・年次決算の補助
- 経費精算のチェック
- 財務データの管理・レポート作成
- 内部監査およびコンプライアンス対応のサポート
- その他、ファイナンス部門の事務業務全般
As a member of the Finance team, you will support accounting and financial operations.
- Journal entries and maintenance of accounting records
- Invoice processing and data entry
- Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Payment processing and verification of incoming payments
- Support for monthly and annual closing
- Review and processing of expense reports
- Management of financial data and preparation of reports
- Support for internal audits and compliance activities
- General administrative support for the Finance department

- 基本的なPCスキル（Excel、Word）
- 数字に抵抗がなく、正確に作業できる方
- 基本的なビジネスコミュニケーション能力
＜歓迎＞
- 経理または財務の実務経験
- ホテル業界または外資系企業での経験
- 英語（読み書きレベル以上）
- 簿記資格（日商簿記など）

Required:
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work accurately with numbers and maintain attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred:
- Previous experience in accounting or finance
- Experience in the hospitality industry or an international company
- Proficiency in English (reading and writing)
- Relevant accounting qualifications (e.g., Bookkeeping Certification such as JCCI)
