EDU Hardware Engineer

Objective of Job:

China as our most important and greatest market is pushing massively towards electric mobility. Standards and regulations for a New Energy Vehicles change rapidly. Market competitiveness is increasing fast.

Within this fast growing and developing business of Mercedes, the electric drive department is continuously developing.

This means you will be responsible:

-         Collabration with Supplier for EDU 3 in 1 HW concept design

-         For define and  review of EDU 3 in 1 requirements with HQ

-         to communicate and align system targets with suppliers according to MB standards

-         to collaborate with supplier for trouble shooting and issue analysis

-         to align and monitor supplier about development delivery plan according to MB VAN project milestones

 

Qualifications:

Education: 

• University degree in electrical, mechanical or automotive engineering

Experience:

• Working Experience in EDU system/HW development

Specific knowledge

• Deep knowledge on EDU system design
• Deep knowledge on EDU HW development and process
• Communication skills with various hierarchy levels and different cultural background
• Project management skills to manage cross functional teams and suppliers
• Intercultural experience
• Fluent written/spoken Chinese and English
