Description

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor patient health and record observations.
• Develop patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease management.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Proficient in electronic health records and healthcare management software.

• Experience in a specialty area such as Emergency, ICU, or Pediatrics.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Valid RN license with the state of employment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Empathetic and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
