  • Responsible for overall SME business as per the assigned territory. 

  • Regular market and client visits with field forces to guide & motivate the team, to validate the sold base, and to acquire potential clients. 

  • Scout the market to generate leads for potential clients within the assigned territory.

  • Prepare a visit plan for existing and potential corporate clients.

  • Analyze business opportunities for clients, prepare and present business opportunities to key contact points (KCP) and key decision makers (KDM) of SME corporate clients.

  • Assign and coordinate with the CSM team for after- sales services for the accounts.

  • Follow up with existing and potential customers with new offers. Win back lost accounts with offers.

  • Identify KCP and KDM, and provide promotional gift hampers to build rapport

  • Maintain relationships with the Key Contact Person (KCP), Key Decision Maker (KDM), and general users through different activities on a need basis.

  • Prepare and submit a daily sales activity report in the prescribed format.

  • Ensure submission of required documents related to POC accounts, like Trade license, BTRC copy, etc, to the Enterprise Operation team on a timely basis.

 

Academic Qualification

  • BA/BBA from any UGC approved institution

Job Experience Required

  • 3-4 years of experience in the relevant field is preferred

Required Capabilities

  • Good insight into corporate market dynamics
  • Sound understanding of BL products and services
  • Willingness to reallocate anywhere in Bangladesh
