Lead the nationwide network rollout strategy by leveraging scientific models, population census data, geo-spatial insights, network coverage, customer base, revenue potential, competitive landscape, population density, and continuity analysis to maximize network monetization and business impact. Lead commercial analytics and market intelligence initiatives by integrating customer, network, sales, and competitive data to identify growth opportunities, optimize investment decisions, and provide actionable insights that drive revenue, subscriber acquisition, and market share growth across geographies. Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for site monetization across RAN and all network solutions, working closely with Technology, Product, CVM, Channel Planning, Trade Marketing, Brand & Communications, Digital Marketing, and BI teams. Own the Geo-Marketing budget and 5-year business plan – break down topline targets (subbase, MoU, GA, net add, data users, throughput) to thana level and align with Technology on rollout. Define and monitor site-level performance targets for newly launched sites, including revenue, gross additions, recharge, and customer reactivation, and lead necessary action plans to ensure target achievement. Utilize Facebook Network & Market Insights, Network Planning Projects (NPP), competitor coverage intelligence, and geo-analytics to accelerate 4G adoption, USIM penetration, and LTE handset penetration. Lead cross-functional initiatives related to network optimization, including 4th sector planning, throughput enhancement, PBR optimization, low-performing site improvement strategies, and IBS planning. Partner with Regional Sales teams to identify network coverage gaps and customer experience challenges, ensuring timely interventions and continuous service improvement. Develop business cases for ad-hoc macro and micro BTS deployments, as well as B2B indoor and outdoor network planning requirements. Forecast site-level revenue potential and quantify revenue impact from BTS outages to support investment decisions. Drive identification and resolution of network-related customer issues and establish SLA-driven processes with Technology and B2B teams to ensure timely delivery of enterprise network requirements.

Required Capabilities | Strong understanding of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), geo-spatial analytics, and mapping platforms such as QGIS and MapInfo for business and network planning. Experience in Python-based geo-spatial analysis, automation, or data modeling will be considered an added advantage. Good knowledge of telecom spectrum management, frequency bands, radio network concepts, and their commercial implications on coverage and capacity planning. Strong understanding of the telecom business value chain, customer behavior, Points of Interest (PoI), and location-based business opportunities. Good knowledge of demographic, socioeconomic, and market characteristics across different regions, with the ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies. Sound understanding of competitor network footprint, Facebook Actionable Insights, coverage expansion strategies, telecom market dynamics, and network rollout planning. Strong expertise in data analysis, dashboard development, reporting, and performance monitoring, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proven experience in business case development, investment evaluation, and commercial impact assessment. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving Commercial, Technology, Sales, and Marketing teams. Strong proficiency in advanced analytics and business intelligence tools and methodologies, including SQL, Power BI/Tableau, statistical analysis, predictive analytics, machine learning fundamentals, revenue modelling, and commercial forecasting, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling executive insights and actionable business recommendations.
