About the Position
As a New Business Sales Manager Financial Services & Insurance, you will be the driving force behind our growth in the critical Financial Services & Insurance sector. Your primary focus will be new customer acquisition, leveraging your deep industry knowledge and expertise in digitalization and cloud technologies to engage prospective clients. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle – from developing effective sales strategies and managing the sales pipeline to successful contract negotiation. Actively shape the future of our clients and contribute significantly to expanding our market position.
Must-Have Skills
- Proven success in new customer acquisition
- In-depth industry knowledge in Financial Services & Insurance (FSI)
- Development and implementation of sales strategies
- Proficient sales pipeline management
- Strong contract negotiation skills
- Understanding of digitalization in the banking sector
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with AI and ML applications in financial services
