Instead, you will own commercial growth within existing accounts by:Expanding product adoptionIncreasing Annual Contract Value (ACV)Driving multi-year agreementsSecuring annual upfront paymentsPositioning premium data and insight solutionsYou will work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Customer Care, Marketing, and Product teams to maximise customer lifetime value.What You’ll Be Doing1. Revenue Growth (Primary KPI)Own upsell and cross-sell revenue targets across your portfolioIdentify expansion opportunities within existing accounts (ICP1 & ICP2)Drive multi-product adoption across Hubexo’s solutionsIncrease ACV through packaging, bundling, and tier upgradesConvert contracts into long-term, multi-year agreements2. Strategic Account PlanningDevelop and execute quarterly account plans for top-tier customersMap stakeholders, buying committees, and economic decision-makersIdentify growth opportunities across business units and regionsBuild ROI-driven expansion strategies3. Commercial & Pricing ExcellenceProtect price integrity and minimise unnecessary discountingReprice legacy contracts in line with updated pricing frameworksEliminate margin leakage and unfavourable termsSecure long-term agreements aligned with company strategy4. Executive Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executivesLead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)Position Hubexo as a strategic partner, not just a vendorShift conversations from price to value and measurable ROI5. Renewal & Growth IntelligenceProactively identify churn risks and expansion opportunitiesPartner closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) on account strategyDrive early renewals and multi-year conversionsEnsure accurate tracking of risks and opportunities in CRM6.
