QA Control - Quality Engineer

This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, fast‑paced organization.   Job Status: Permanent, Full-timeSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pmWork Location: OnsiteSalary Range: $75,500 – $85,500   In this role, you will: Lead and support quality and process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem‑solving methodologies. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define critical quality attributes and ensure robust process controls are in place. Apply statistical quality tools (SPC, Cpk, DOE, FMEA) to analyze production data, reduce variability, and continuously improve processes. Investigate non‑conforming materials, facilitate root cause analysis, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions. Support internal and external quality audits while ensuring compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety requirements. You have: A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related discipline. A minimum of three years of experience in a GMP‑regulated manufacturing environment. Demonstrated experience using Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong working knowledge of statistical quality tools and quality engineering techniques. Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and experience with statistical or quality software.
