This leadership role sits at the center of a global go-to-market organization, responsible for driving outbound pipeline generation and shaping the strategy that fuels revenue growth across the APAC region. You will oversee and mentor Sales Development Managers and their teams, ensuring consistent performance, strong pipeline creation, and continuous improvement in outbound effectiveness. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight, requiring deep expertise in sales development, prospecting, and performance analytics. You will play a key role in building scalable SDR programs, improving processes, and strengthening collaboration between Sales, Growth, and Revenue Operations teams. In addition to driving results, you will focus on hiring and developing high-performing talent across multiple markets.
