Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing strategies and breaking down goals for agencies. Based on clarifying the strategy, define cooperation models, incentive mechanisms and growth targets for sellers and creators, and drive the efficient use of resources and large scale expansion of cooperation.
  • Collaborate with team to break down the supply, matchmaking paths and strategies between agencies, sellers and creators, and summarize cooperation showcases, replicable methodologies, and other best practices.
  • Regularly analyze common operational issues on the agencies, develop strategies to promote XFN collaboration and the implementation of special projects, and address key business pain points.
  • Collaborate with product, data teams to enable empowerment, improve operational and management efficiency, optimize the platform's operational efficiency & cost efficiency, and enhance the profit structure of agencies.

Minimum Qualification(s)

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above with 5 years of experience in e-commerce agencies
  • Strong logical thinking and data analysis/statistics skills; proficient in Excel/SQL; capable of systematically developing business strategy directions, independently undertaking strategic analysis and driving strategy implementation.
  • Extensive project management and XFN collaboration experience, along with a good team spirit.
  • Familiar with agency cost structures, revenue models and business models; able to guide operations through data analysis in areas such as industry trends, performance evaluation and project execution.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, ambition, integrity and pioneering spirit; willing to travel for business.
