Principal Product Manager

You will define product vision, strategy, and execution for systems that evaluate engineering talent at scale while improving fairness, accuracy, and candidate experience. The role sits at the intersection of AI innovation, data-driven decision-making, and enterprise SaaS product development. You will work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to translate complex customer needs into scalable product capabilities. A key part of the role involves leveraging large-scale performance and assessment data to continuously improve signal quality and product outcomes. This position requires strong collaboration with senior technical stakeholders and the ability to influence product direction in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
