Research Consultant — Industrial & Logistics en Retail

Data wordt pas waardevol als je er iets zinnigs mee doet. Als Research Consultant bij JLL ben jij dat verschil. Je focust op Industrial & Logistics (een van onze grootste sectoren) en Retail, en springt bij op kantoren, wonen, life science en zorgvastgoed.

Wie zoeken we?

Een consultant die data doorgrondt én kan vertalen naar klantadvies. Je schrijft helder, presenteert overtuigend en weet wanneer een getal betekenisvol is.

AI en automatisering nemen steeds meer van het routinematige analysewerk over. Dat zien we als kans: het bevrijdt je tijd voor de dingen die er écht toe doen, namelijk context, oordeel, advies, en het bouwen van relaties met onze klanten en de business. 

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt in ons Research & Strategy team aan vijf typen werk, met I&L en Retail als hoofdfocus:

• Consultingprojecten: je werkt mee aan strategische opdrachten voor eigenaren, ontwikkelaars, gemeenten en provincies. Denk aan locatiestudies, marktentries, portefeuilleanalyses en beleidsstudies. Je bent niet alleen analist op deze projecten, je formuleert ook de aanbevelingen en presenteert ze aan de klant.
• Thought leadership: je schrijft mee aan kwartaalrapporten, whitepapers en sectorrapporten die de Nederlandse markt agenderen.
• Business support: je helpt onze Industrial & Logistics en Retail teams met pitchmateriaal, marktanalyses en transactie-ondersteuning.
• Sector-intelligentie: je bent het aanspreekpunt voor I&L en Retail en bewaakt de kwaliteit van onze data en marktbeelden. Voor andere sectoren spring je bij waar het werk dat vraagt.
• Internationale samenwerking: je werkt dagelijks samen met collega’s in JLL Business Services die je ondersteunen met data en analyses, en met EMEA Research voor cross-border werk.

Wat breng je mee?

Vereisten:

• Master/Bachelor in Vastgoed, Economie, Finance, Geografie, Data Science of vergelijkbaar
• Tot 5 jaar werkervaring in research, consultancy, finance of vastgoed
• Sterke schrijf- en presentatievaardigheden
• Vloeiend Nederlands en goed Engels
• Stevige analytische basis: comfortabel met Excel, datamodellen en interpretatie
• Stakeholder-vaardig: je neemt positie in, rapporteert niet alleen

Pluspunten: Ervaring met I&L/Retail, BI tools, GIS, Python/R/SQL, AI-tooling
