About the role
We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to be based from our Warrington depot. This role plays a key part in ensuring we deliver a first-class service to both internal and external customers. You will oversee end-to-end service delivery, working closely with internal teams and customers to ensure efficient operations, high service standards, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality services, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency while driving continuous improvement across service performance.
Manage end-to-end service delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes
Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the primary point of contact
Coordinate internal resources to meet service demands effectively
Monitor performance against KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
Manage escalations, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively
About you
You will be an experienced and confident service delivery professional with strong leadership capability and a customer-focused approach. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple stakeholders while driving service excellence.
Proven experience in service delivery management or similar role
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive improvements
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
