This role is ideal for a proven deal closer with strong experience in automotive finance, lender relationships, and compliance.

π Key Responsibilities (What Youβll Do)
- Present and sell F&I productsincluding:
- Extended warranties
- GAP insurance
- Vehicle protection & aftermarket products
- Structure, finalize, and fund deals with banks and lenders
- Maximize front-end and back-end gross profit
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations (menu selling, disclosures)
- Complete and submit all contracts and funding paperwork accurately
- Partner with Sales Managers to drive deal efficiency and profitability
- Maintain relationships with lenders and financial institutions
- Train and support sales staff on F&I processes and product knowledge
- Deliver a transparent, customer-focused finance experience
β Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager / F&I Manager / Business Manager
- Strong knowledge of automotive lending, compliance, and deal structuring
- Track record of strong product penetration and closing performance
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume dealership environment
- Experience with dealer management systems (CDK preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
