Job Description

The Marketing & Recruitment department at INSEAD drives global outreach to attract top talent for the school's programs. It develops strategic marketing initiatives and recruitment efforts to engage prospective students and strengthen INSEAD’s brand presence worldwide.

INSEAD is seeking an Apprentice,Administration and Business Operations to join our Marketing Operations and Digital Innovation team within the Marketing & Recruitment department. This is an apprenticeship based at our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France.

About the Job

The purpose of the apprentice position is to drive administrative support through project management, business process standardization through SOP development, and AI agent project support in content creation and functional testing. Support ad-hoc FT ranking project and B2B sales nomination support.

Your role within the team

  • Coordinate project task ownership using tools like Microsoft Teams and Planner to ensure accountability and timely delivery.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for business processes using visual tools such as Lucidchart to enhance clarity and consistency.
  • Conduct functional testing and document content for the AI agent project focused on customer service to ensure quality and usability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and provide ad-hoc project support to address evolving business needs and priorities.
  • Engage with your tutor regularly to align on deliverables, reflect on learnings, and integrate feedback into ongoing work.

The ideal candidate profile

  • Ideally, polytechnic or bachelor’s in technology, engineering 
  • Ability to analyse complex data and draw relevant conclusions for decision-making. 
  • Proficiency in digital tools and information technologies to optimize work processes.
  • Ability to convey ideas clearly, tailored to the target audience, both in writing and speaking. 
  • Ability to identify problems, propose effective solutions, and implement them proactively.
  • Good level of English and French, both written and spoken.
