The position is responsible for developing deep relationships with public sector leaders, navigating complex procurement environments, and closing enterprise-level SaaS deals that support large-scale workforce and talent initiatives. The role operates at the intersection of consultative selling, strategic account management, and public sector expertise, requiring strong executive presence and the ability to engage with senior government stakeholders.
You will own the full sales cycle—from pipeline generation to contract execution—while shaping tailored solutions that address mission-critical hiring and workforce challenges across agencies and departments.
This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with internal teams across product, legal, and go-to-market functions to deliver scalable enterprise agreements.
You will be expected to lead executive briefings, facilitate strategic discussions, and represent the organization at industry events.
