What You’ll Be Doing
- Collect commercial, domestic and litter waste
- Operate waste vehicles safely and efficiently
- Complete scheduled runs using maps and sheets
- Conduct vehicle checks and report maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate daily work and service records
- Support team with additional collection requirements
- Provide high-quality customer service interactions
- Participate in rotating Saturday collection roster

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a safety-focused operator who enjoys working independently and as part of a team. You’ll ideally bring:
- HR class driver licence (essential)
- Experience driving rear loader waste trucks
- Strong commitment to workplace safety practices
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Clear communication and radio operation skills
- Experience in busy urban driving environments
- Clean driving and safety record history
- Valid National Police Clearance
