Multi-Site Leasing Manager | Anthem House & RISE 34th

We're looking for a Multi-Site Leasing Manager who can lead two high-profile Gainesville communities while building a leasing culture that delivers results, develops people, and creates an exceptional resident experience.
This is not a role for someone who wants to simply manage a leasing office.
This is for someone who wants to lead a brand.
What You'll Own
You'll oversee all leasing and marketing efforts across Anthem House and RISE 34th, driving occupancy, revenue, and team performance.
You'll be responsible for:
- Creating and executing leasing strategies that maximize occupancy and rental revenue
- Leading, coaching, and developing leasing professionals across both communities
- Building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance
- Managing lead generation, prospect follow-up, and conversion performance
- Leveraging Entrata to track results, identify opportunities, and improve leasing outcomes
- Creating engaging social media content that strengthens each property's brand presence
- Developing marketing campaigns that generate traffic and attract qualified prospects
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
- Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and company policies
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from first impression to move-in

You probably:
- Have experience leading leasing teams in multifamily housing
- Know how to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Are comfortable creating social media content and marketing campaigns
- Understand leasing metrics and use data to drive decisions
- Have experience working within Entrata or similar property management platforms
- Communicate with confidence and professionalism
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and every day looks different

- Leasing teams are engaged, developed, and performing at a high level
- Social media engagement and brand awareness have increased
