We're hiring an Assistant Property Manager at RISE Sereno — someone who can help lead the day-to-day operation of the community while driving leasing performance, supporting financial goals, and developing the team around them.
What This Role Really Is
This isn't a back-office administrative position.
And it isn't solely a leasing role.
This role sits at the intersection of:

- Leasing and marketing

You'll partner closely with the General Manager to help ensure the community performs at a high level while creating a positive experience for both residents and prospects.

We're looking for someone who understands that successful communities are built through strong execution across all areas of the business.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Supporting the General Manager with the daily operations of the community
- Overseeing leasing performance, prospect follow-up, and occupancy goals
- Training, coaching, and developing leasing team members
- Assisting with recruiting and interviewing leasing staff
- Managing leasing traffic, applications, renewals, and resident files
- Reviewing lease documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Supporting marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, and social media presence
- Monitoring market conditions and competitor activity
- Preparing occupancy, traffic, and market reports
- Assisting with collections, resident accounts, and financial performance
- Ensuring a positive experience for residents, prospects, and team members
- Maintaining compliance with company policies and Fair Housing requirements
What We're Looking For
- Previous property management experience required
- Prior leasing leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Experience with Entrata or similar property management software preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and leadership mindset
