Maintenance Technician – RISE Vols - Starting at $22/hour
A resident submits a service request before heading to class.
They’re expecting it to be handled — quickly, but more importantly, correctly.
In student housing, things move fast. Work orders stack up. Priorities shift.
But the standard can’t.
We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician at RISE Vols — someone who knows how to keep pace without cutting corners.

This isn’t just a work order position.
This role is about consistency, problem-solving, and follow-through in a high-energy student housing environment.
It sits at the intersection of:
- Service
- Maintenance operations
- Preventative care
- Resident experience
You’re not just fixing issues — you’re keeping the community running the way it should.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Completing service requests in a timely and quality-focused manner
- Diagnosing maintenance issues and resolving them effectively
- Supporting preventative maintenance across the community
- Assisting with unit turns and move-in readiness
- Maintaining the overall condition and appearance of the property
- Communicating clearly with residents and team members
- Following safety standards and company procedures
