Job Description
**Seeking Psych RN, NOC RN, and/or New Grad RN
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assess patient health problems and needs
- Develop and implement care plans, providing supervision and delegation of tasks to ancillary personnel, and maintaining accurate, timely and complete medical records
- Administer care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients
- Provide education to patients and families and functions as a key member of the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team
- Is supervised by and reports directly to the Director of Nursing of the Hospital
Job Requirement
- Must be a licensed RN in accordance with the laws of this state, and must maintain licensure in good standing with the Idaho State Board of Nursing
- AVADE training and CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Have sufficient knowledge of English, spelling, and math to compile reports, make out requisitions, maintain simple records and perform various clerical tasks
- Background check, and fingerprinting are required
