Essential Duties and Responsibilities (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned)

  • Provide direct administrative, clinical and program specific oversight for the supportive services staff.
  • Provide treatment specific guidance to support staff.
  • Participate in the county System of Care governance structure and collaborate with critical System of Care partners on various projects or initiatives.
  • Understand job requirements and program specifics and ensure job duties are being performed effectively by Wraparound Care Coordinators, Peer Support Specialists, and QMHA skills trainers, Case Managers and QMHA Interns.
  • Knowledge of regulations, board requirements, Fidelity WRAP requirements, laws governing mental health including Peer services, skills training, current OAR's, addiction services, ethics, confidentiality, privacy, and other related areas.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on program and staff performance measures.
  • Maintain a small case load as appropriate.
  • Complete Mental Health Assessments and/or Service Plans
  • Provide at least 1-hour per month group supervision and 1-hour per month individual supervision with staff.
  • Ability to develop and lead an effective team of QMHAs and/or Peers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.

Required:

  • Completed 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a behavioral health and/or alcohol & drug counseling setting.
  • Hold an Oregon QMHP certification and able to obtain a clinical license within 2 years of hire.
  • Must become DLA certified within 1 year of hire.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Tuberculosis screening.
  • Successful completion of background check.
  • AVADE Certified within 90 days of hire

Preferred:

  • 2-5 years supervisory experience in behavioral health
  • Current Oregon clinical license (LCSW, LCP, LMFT)
