Martin City Pizza and Taproom is looking for a friendly and organized Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be our guests' first point of contact, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
- Provide menus and inform guests of daily specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Assist with guest inquiries and coordinate with servers and kitchen staff.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a passion for great service.
- Must be 18 years or older.
