Cell Manager

What you´ll do Sets direction and vision for the Cell based on the Site CBN and the Operations strategy. Lead and coach the Cell team, provide support and resolve conflicts when necessary to make sure the team can perform their tasks. Accountable for the development of the Cell Team according to the respective Skill Matrices. Acts as a role model for Safety, Quality, lives and embraces Henkel's values. Be part (hands-on) of most difficult Problem Solving on Chronic losses. Coach the team in daily DMS execution (SIM, AM, PM, PS, …) and act on deviations. Support and manage the development and continuous improvement of standard work for all areas of the cell. Work closely with the Engineering Manager, VSU Leader, HPS Manager and HPS Engineer to analyze current performance and establish work activities to address losses. Have 1:1 with all your direct report on regular basis. Owns the Cell Master plan.
