Lake Quivira is a beautiful private, gated community nestled around a stunning 224-acre lake near Shawnee, Kansas. Home to one of the premier private clubs in the Kansas City area, Lake Quivira offers residents and members a unique lifestyle centered around family, recreation, and community.
We are seeking caring, energetic, and dependable Kid Zone Attendants to provide exceptional care for children while parents enjoy our facility.

What You’ll Do
As a Kid Zone Attendant, you will help create a fun and safe experience for children by:
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for all children in the Kid Zone
- Greeting children and parents warmly upon arrival and departure
- Engaging children through activities, arts, crafts, and play
- Interacting with children in age-appropriate and encouraging ways
- Following proper health and sanitation procedures, including diaper changing, hand washing, and cleaning toys/play surfaces
- Monitoring children closely and responding appropriately to their needs
- Maintaining participation records for children in the program
- Reporting unsafe conditions, repairs, accidents, or concerns promptly
- Following all injury/accident reporting procedures
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the Kid Zone area
- Understanding and implementing emergency and safety procedures
- Performing additional duties as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum age of 16 years old
- Current Professional CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required
- Passion for working with children and creating positive experiences
- Friendly, patient, and energetic personality
- Ability to relate to children and parents in a professional, caring manner
- Strong awareness and attention to safety
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
