Job Description
- Accurate and safe machine operation.
- Performing tool changes and offsets of CNC machines.
- Test operation of machines periodically.
- Trains all lower-level operators.
- Fix issues that might occur during the shift.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Mechanical aptitude required.
- Must be able to handle physical, repetitive work and be able to stand on your feet for 8-12 hours a day.
- Must have knowledge of turning centers and milling machines.
- Knowledge of horizontal machining centers a plus.
- Must have basic G-code programming and editing skills.
- Knowledge of general machining processes and ability to read blueprints.
- Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve quality and production issues.
- Must be comfortable working with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
- Ability to Train, coordinate, communicate effectively with all departments.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- The employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts.
- Frequently required lifting and/or moving up to 30 pounds.
- Frequently required standing, bending, squatting, and reaching with hands and arms.
- Regularly required to stand for long periods, walk, talk, and hear.
- Ability to use hand tools.
- Ability to read applicable instructions.

Pay Range: $21 - $25 per hour
