Server Assistant - Mr. Kim's

Mr. Kim's is an Asian-inspired steakhouse that is heavily influenced by the cooking style and flavors of traditional Korean BBQ. Come enjoy the unique experience of grilling beef, pork, seafood, and vegetables at your table.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude as they arrive and thank them as they leave.
• Run food.
• Bus tables. 
• Communicate with the front-of-house team (servers, bartenders, etc.) to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Provide assistance to servers in executing steps of service.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Fine dining experience preferred.
