Job Description
Located in Utica Square, Wild Fork is a restaurant like no other, offering a wide spectrum of dining options including upscale breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes served in an opulent dining room or on our historic outside patio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, wines, and beer.
- Provide recommendations to guests on drink pairings, cocktails, and the restaurant’s wine list.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area, including stocking supplies and ensuring the bar is always prepared for service.
- Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and serve responsibly.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payments, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, positive manner to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure all local and state alcohol laws and regulations are followed.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Must have an ABLE license, alcohol safety training, and THD food handler permit.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have nighttime availability.
