Oversee order management and drive on-time material delivery against Cloud’s forecasted capacity at Google’s network locations.
Develop current and next quarter material delivery plans to meet forecasts, deployment schedules that include timely order placement, supply-demand balancing, and mitigate demand upsides. Influence inventory management decisions that de-risk material fulfillment.
Lead open order book operational reviews with stakeholders and partner teams. Ensure last mile delivery is not on the critical path for network capacity. Execute to meet key operational metrics, and drive visibility in a fast-paced environment.
Implement mitigations to take materials off the critical path for orders due in 90-180 days. Lead supply aware order re-prioritization with customers to address engaging demands. Partner with global logistics, data center operations teams for on-time shipping, delivery.
Identify the root causes and implement corrective and preventive measures.
