About your role:
This role is responsible for supporting the capture, structuring, and deployment of Product Development knowledge and capability across the multi-Branded Footwear & Equipment organization. The Specialist translates technical expertise and best practices into clear, usable SOPs, playbooks, and training content that enable consistency and scalability across teams and regions.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited):
Knowledge Preservation & Management
The Specialist develops, updates, and maintains SOPs, process documentation, and playbooks. The role ensures that knowledge assets are structured, accessible, and kept current, reducing dependency on individual expertise and supporting organizational continuity.
Capability Development Support
The role supports the deployment of technical training initiatives, onboarding content, and capability frameworks. This includes coordinating learning materials, supporting adoption of best practices, and reinforcing consistent application of tools and methods.
Best Practice Deployment & Continuous Improvement
The Specialist supports the translation of enterprise frameworks into practical, Product Development-relevant guidance. The role partners with subject-matter experts to codify best practices and supports continuous improvement initiatives linked to capability maturity. This role will be driving the search to find discrepancies between Brands and to be identifying the best practices to then preserve across Brands.
What we will be looking for in you:
Strong understanding of Product Development processes and manufacturing fundamentals.
Experience in documentation, training content development, or process standardization.
Structured thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications & Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Product Development, manufacturing, or capability-focused roles.
Strong documentation, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English (written and verbal) while Mandarin fluency is a
